Codes

Survive the Killer codes grant free Slycer skins, knives, cash, XP boosts, and event cosmetics. They do not change gameplay stats — rewards are cosmetic or economic. Redeem active codes as soon as they drop; most expire after milestones or seasonal events.

  3. Interact with Cody and open the Community Codes field (not Promo Codes, which is for physical loot cards only).
  4. Type the code exactly as shown (case-sensitive) and click REDEEM.
  5. Check your inventory for the Slycer, knife, cash, or boost reward.

Code not working?

  • The code may have expired — try another from the active list above.
  • Typos break redemption — copy-paste instead of typing manually.
  • Confirm you are in the official STK experience, not a fan clone.
  • Promo Codes and Community Codes are different fields — community milestone codes use Cody.

Where new codes appear first

  • Official Survive the Killer Discord announcements channel
  • @SlyceEntertainment on X (Twitter) during updates and holidays
  • Milestone celebrations (visits, likes) and seasonal events such as Halloween and Valentine's

Controls

Mastering movement and interaction separates survivors who escape from those caught in the open. STK uses standard Roblox bindings on PC and touch controls on mobile. Sprint creates noise — use it wisely.

Action PC Mobile
Move W A S D Virtual joystick
Look / aim Mouse Swipe screen
Sprint Left Shift Double-tap joystick
Jump Space Jump button
Interact (doors, revive) E E button
Crouch C Crouch button
Crawl (survivor) Ctrl Down arrow / crawl
Attack (killer) Left click Tap screen

Survivor control tips

  • Walking is silent; sprinting alerts the killer — save sprint for escapes.
  • Use crawl when wounded to reduce visibility and noise.
  • Stand near downed teammates to auto-revive — no extra key beyond proximity.
  • When exit doors open, follow green door icons on the HUD.

Killer control tips

  • Turn up volume to hear footsteps and movement cues.
  • Use crouch and crawl to enter vents and tight spaces survivors use.
  • One hit downs a survivor — do not camp; search for others then return.
  • Check lockers and common hiding spots on every sweep.

How to Play

Survive the Killer is a round-based Roblox horror game by Slyce Entertainment (Dued1, Dev_Anthony, TattedZach). Players gather in the lobby, vote on a map, and one random player becomes the killer. Survivors hide, complete objectives, revive teammates, and escape when exits open. The killer earns coins and XP for hits and eliminations.

Most rounds you play as a survivor. The killer is faster and lethal in melee range, so map knowledge and stealth matter more than raw speed.

Health and revive system

  • Normal — full mobility after a hit resets you to wounded.
  • Wounded — broken arm animation, reduced speed.
  • Very wounded — broken leg and arm; shortest down timer before death.
  • Downed survivors show HELP ME — allies must walk nearby to revive. Revived players get a brief speed boost and anti-camp shield.

Escape phase

  • A timer runs each round; when it ends, two exit doors open.
  • Survivors must reach exits while avoiding the killer — plan a route early.
  • Carrying or reviving teammates grants short speed boosts — coordinate as a group.
  • Premium killers earn bonus coins; survivors earn coins from survival and revives.

Maps

Map voting happens in the lobby before each round. Each environment favors different strategies — open maps punish sprinting survivors, while multi-room maps reward killer sound awareness.

The ??? (Downtown) map is a rare rotation with very low appearance chance in map voting (community estimates ~1 in 30 rounds). Watch official Discord update logs for map pool changes.

Happy's House

Classic suburban layout — strong starter map with balanced sightlines.

Survivor

Use upper floors and garage loops; avoid long open sprints.

Killer

Clear bedrooms and basement in a fixed pattern each round.

Papa Roni's Pizzeria

Medium-sized restaurant with vents, stage, and dual dining areas.

Survivor

Vents break line of sight — chain rooms instead of circling the main floor.

Killer

Check bathroom stalls and back exit corridor early.

The Mansion

Large multi-floor estate — high hide potential, longer chases.

Survivor

Memorize two exit paths before the timer ends.

Killer

Prioritize stairwell control when exits spawn.

Area 51

Sci-fi facility with corridors and lab rooms.

Survivor

Stick with groups near objectives; solo corners are death traps.

Killer

Cut off corridor loops rather than chasing one runner endlessly.

Killers & Weapons

Killers are playable skins that define your appearance and some animations when you are selected as the killer. The wiki tracks 80+ killers including shop, level reward, limited event, and code exclusives.

Weapons (often called Slycers or knives) are killer-side cosmetics shown when you attack. Survivors do not equip Slycers — they focus on hiding and items like medkits from the shop.

Shop Killers & Knives

Purchased with in-game cash from the lobby shop — steady roster, predictable pricing.

Crate & Event Items

Hallowvember, Winter, and seasonal crates — limited availability, trade-heavy value.

Code & Limited Rewards

Milestone and holiday codes — often the rarest skins (e.g. Millionth Slycer, event Slycers).

Level Rewards

Unlocked by account level — good goals for new players without spending Robux.

Trading & Item Values

Trading is player-driven. Limited knives and killers from old events often carry the highest community value. Values shift after updates, dupes, and new code drops — never trust a screenshot alone.

Use trusted community value lists before accepting trades. Rarity tiers include Limited Knives, Limited Killers, Shop items, Cabins, Bundles, and Consumables.

W / F / L (Win, Fair, Loss)

Traders label offers Win (you profit), Fair (even), or Loss (you overpay). Compare both sides against current median values and demand, not nostalgia.

Trading safety

  • Use the in-game trading UI — avoid "trust trade" or off-platform deals.
  • Cross-check values on STKTradings or long-standing Discord trading servers.
  • If a deal feels rushed or uses alt accounts, walk away.
  • Limited code items can be duplicated in scams — verify item age and history.

Tier List

Unofficial community tier list for discussion and learning — not endorsed by Slyce Entertainment. Killer strength depends on map, player skill, and round RNG. Cosmetics do not change stats.

Killers

S Dread, Malvus, Voldar — strong presence and cutscene intimidation
A Grimsley, Kringler, popular large-silhouette shop killers
B Most shop roster — viable on all maps with sound game sense
C Starter killers — fine for learning, no stat penalty

Maps

Survivor-friendly Papa Roni's Pizzeria, Happy's House — many break LOS spots
Balanced The Mansion, Area 51 — skill-based for both sides
Killer-favored Open areas with few loops when players sprint carelessly

Updates & Trello

There is no official public Trello board for Survive the Killer. Fan sites listing "STK Trello" links are often outdated or unofficial. For accurate patch notes, use first-party channels.

Major updates add maps, killers, crates, and balance tweaks. Holiday events (Halloween, Winter, Valentine's) usually coincide with new codes and limited items.

Official update sources

Scripts & Safety

Search demand for "Survive the Killer script" is high, but third-party executors violate Roblox Terms of Service. Accounts can be permanently banned; many "free executor" downloads contain malware or token stealers.

This wiki does not host, link, or endorse scripts, auto-farm tools, or teleport exploits. Fair play keeps your inventory and Robux safe.

Legitimate alternatives

  • Redeem official Community Codes via NPC Cody for free cosmetics.
  • Practice killer routes in private servers with friends.
  • Join trading communities to learn values instead of risking your account.
  • Focus on map callouts and sound cues — the highest win-rate "upgrade" is game sense.

FAQ

Why is my Survive the Killer code not working?

Most failures are expired codes, typos, or using Promo Codes instead of Community Codes. Copy-paste the code and confirm you are in the official game (ID 4580204640).

What is the difference between Slycer and knife?

Players often call killer weapons Slycers or knives interchangeably. Code rewards usually grant a Slycer skin visible when you play as killer.

How do I earn coins and XP fast?

Survive full rounds, revive teammates, and play during XP boost codes or events. Premium grants bonus killer coins. Daily login rewards help over time.

Is there an official tier list or value list?

No official tier or trade values from the devs. Use community sites like STKTradings and treat tier lists as opinion.

Can I play STK on mobile?

Yes — Roblox mobile is supported with on-screen controls. Turn down graphics if needed and use headphones for killer audio cues.

Does this wiki belong to Roblox or Slyce Entertainment?

No — survivethekiller.wiki is an independent fan guide. Roblox and Survive the Killer are trademarks of their respective owners.
